Mayflower specialises in Self-Build, renovation, and conversion finance. Supporting brokers with the expertise and structure these complex cases need. We can work together to help you avoid uncertainty and make informed decisions early.
Your submission process:
01. Registration.
Please register as a broker and accept our terms and conditions. This applies whether you’re referring a client or using our packager service. If you refer a client after registering, we look after everything for you from steps 2 to 5. You will still be paid, and the client will remain yours going forward.
02. Submit a DIP.
Our DIP process is built for construction finance. You’ll get a response within 48 hours (Monday to Friday), and you can download our guide here on how to submit.
03. Project compatibility verification.
Your dedicated Self-Build expert will send you a project compatibility report identifying lenders who can fund the project and meet the client's requirements. This will include a complete shopping list of requirements from each lender, guidance on next steps, and other considerations. As always, you’ll be free to call your dedicated contact.
04. Document upload and application submission.
Once you have completed the shopping list, you’ll be able to upload the documents to the client portal, key and submit the full application.
05. Underwriting and offer.
Once you submit the case on our portal, we’ll review all documentation to ensure a smooth underwrite, submit it, and await the offer. Turnaround times from submission to offer vary by lender, but your dedicated advisor can clarify this during the pre-application.
