We offer a minimum procuration fee of 0.4%, with fees varying by lender and product. You can view our partner fee table to see how procuration is structured across different lenders and solutions.
A Packaging Fee of £600 is chargeable. £300 on application (£100 refundable until offer) and £300 on loan offer (non refundable).
